Agreement
By creating an account on adsrun.ai or using the AdsRun platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and the organization.
These terms reference our Privacy Policy (adsrun.ai/privacy) which is incorporated here by reference.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Your account
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by teammates you invite. Keep your password and API keys private. Notify us immediately at security@adsrun.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
AdsRun may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activity that poses risk to other users or our infrastructure. We'll give at least 7 days' notice before termination except in cases of clear abuse or legal compulsion.
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you create in AdsRun — social posts, campaign briefs, brand voice notes, generated imagery, and any other content you produce ("Customer Content").
You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do NOT use Customer Content to train machine-learning models, sell it to third parties, or surface it to other customers.
You warrant that your use of AdsRun does not infringe third-party rights, does not publish prohibited content (illegal, harassing, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing), and complies with the terms of any social platform you connect.
AI-generated content
The Service uses third-party large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate text, images, and analysis. AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or wrong. You're responsible for reviewing anything the agent produces before publishing, sending, or relying on it.
We make no warranty that AI outputs are accurate, current, or fit for your purpose. Performance figures generated by the agent (audience projections, hashtag counts, SERP estimates) are directional only — reasoning output, not live data unless explicitly labeled "live".
Billing and subscription
Paid plans are charged monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide until you cancel.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not prorate partial months. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. After cancellation your account moves to the Free tier; data remains accessible for 90 days.
We may adjust plan pricing on at least 30 days' notice. Your existing subscription renews at the original price until the next renewal boundary.
Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility and are added to the invoice if we're required to collect them.
Fair use
Every plan lists a quota (e.g. "200 AI actions / month"). Excess usage is gated with a clear upgrade prompt, not a surprise bill. Enterprise plans may carry custom terms.
Automated abuse, scraping, or attempts to reverse-engineer the Service are prohibited. We rate-limit aggressive traffic automatically.
Third-party integrations
When you connect a third-party account (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) your use is also subject to the third party's terms. AdsRun is not responsible for their data practices, service availability, or policy changes.
We only request the OAuth scopes needed to deliver the features you activate. You can revoke access any time from the platform or from AdsRun → Accounts.
Disclaimers + liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (to the maximum extent permitted by law) any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AdsRun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid to AdsRun in that period or (b) USD 100.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may terminate or suspend for breach of these terms, extended non-payment, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of Paris, France.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll email registered users at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance of the new terms.
